Thank you for stopping by my blog.  I am a life long lover of all things simple.  I have always said that I was born 150 years too early.  I am the mother of four and doting grandmother to 5 grandbabies.  As long as I can remember, I have had some kind of needlework in my sewing basket. Needlework is not just a hobby for me.  It goes much deeper than that.  I find that working with my hands, creating something of beauty to be enjoyed by family and friend, brings me a great deal of peace.  And I am now ready to start on another adventure.  I am creating my own designs to stitch and offer for sale to like minded needle artists.  We are artists, you know.   We take a blank piece of fabric and create some of the most awesome pieces of art  by using only our needle and thread.  I am always amazed when I see the beautiful pieces of art created by others,

My dream is to actually make it to ‘Market’ in St, Louis to offer my designs to retail shops.  If you’re going to dream, you might as well dream big!
